minmax.page gives each person one minimal page at minmax.page. This page says what we keep to run it, what anyone can see, and how to remove it.
What we store
- Your account: your email address, used to sign you in. If you sign in with Google, we get your email from Google, nothing else.
- Your page: what you or your AI write on it (name, headline, location, experience, contacts and the rest), the published version and the latest one, your link and the links you used before.
- Access you give out: the names of tokens you create (we keep only a hash of each token) and the apps you connect, such as Claude, so you can see and remove them.
- Your own domain, if you connect one.
- Explore: whether you chose to show in Explore; the searches you run (what you typed and the filters, kept 12 months, to apply the daily limit and stop abuse); and how often your page showed up in results (kept 90 days, shown to you as a weekly count).
- Contact requests: requests you send or get through Ask to connect: the message, who sent it and to whom, the answer, the contact shared, and the people or email domains you blocked. Kept until you delete your account.
We don't use ads or tracking, and we don't sell or share your data with anyone to market to you.
What's public
Only your published page, without your contacts. It can be read by anyone, including search engines and AI agents. Your contacts, drafts, your account email and your tokens stay private.
Explore
Explore is where people search for each other. You're not in it unless you turn it on: when you first publish, or in Settings โ Visibility โ Show me in Explore. When it's on, people signed in to minmax.page can find your published page by your headline, roles, name and location, and see a card with your name, headline, location, work mode, availability and current role. Explore never shows your contacts. Turning it off, unpublishing or deleting your account takes you out of results at once. Searchers can't see who else searched, and we don't sell or export the search index.
Ask to connect
Contacts are never public. Anyone signed in to minmax.page can ask to connect from a published page or a card in Explore, with a message. We email you the request: their name, the domain of their email (such as acme.com) and their message, never their full email. If you accept, that person (and nobody else) sees the contacts you chose to share, by email and on your page, and you get their email; if you decline, they're told only that you're not available. Unanswered requests expire after 14 days. You can block a person or everyone at an email domain, and report spam; we review reported requests. Each account can send 10 requests a day. If you ask someone to connect, use what they share only for what you asked about: no mailing lists and no reselling.
Connecting Claude or another AI
When you connect an app, it can do for you what you can do on the site, except delete your account or manage connected apps and tokens: read, edit and publish your page, change your link, connect your own domain, search Explore, send requests to connect, and read and answer the requests you get (it asks you before sending or answering one). It sees only your own page and requests, and other people's pages only as anyone can, through Explore or their published page. What the app does with what it reads is covered by that app's own policy, such as Anthropic's for Claude. You can disconnect it any time in Settings, and it loses access at once.
Who helps us run it
- Supabase: our database and sign-in.
- Cloudflare: hosting the site.
- Fly.io: serving custom domains, and the editing assistant on the site.
- Resend: sending contact request emails.
- Photon by Komoot: suggesting places as you type your location (it receives what you type there).
- Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google.
Each handles your data only to provide that service. They and we may keep short-lived request logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the service running and safe.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your account and page until you delete them. To delete everything, go to Settings and choose Delete account: your page goes offline straight away and your account, page, tokens and connected apps are removed. Copies in our database backups expire within a few weeks. Unpublishing takes your page offline but keeps it for you to edit.
Your rights
You can see and change everything we hold about you in the editor and Settings, and delete it all yourself. For anything else, such as a copy of your data, email us.
